Through integration of care, we address risk factors and co-occurring disorders during the same scheduled visit.
For instance, we address mental illness with substance use and other chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, HIV and asthma in the same patient during the same visit.
We use comprehensive health assessments with public health and psychiatric theoretical concepts to guide the course of treatment.
We monitor vital signs and may conduct serologic testing as needed.
